i had a great stay. clean rooms with a fridge and microwave. every staff member i encountered was impressively kind and helpful. continental breakfast was fresh and delicious. shuttle arrived every half hour which was great. can’t beat the location if you’re flying in or out. thank you!

Dumar is incredible. He went above and beyond, even working overtime to help me navigate a complicated situation that absolutely would not have been resolved without his persistence and dedication. His service was exceptional, and I’m extremely grateful for all he did. He deserves immense thanks.

I went to Wyndham because my American airlines flight was canceled very late in the day. Wyndham provided several hours of much needed rest. Carmen at tge front desk was particularly hospitable and welcoming. Thank you. We needed a little kindness. We used the free shuttle from RDU to Wyndham and back the next morning. Shuttle bus drivers also courteous.

The only negative I could give this place is that there is a strong odor of cigarette smoke in the hallway. I don't know if they need better ventilation or what, but it's a lot. The rooms were fine and didn't smell at all. It's super-basic lodging. No frills. But it's cheap, simple, and gets the job done. The rooms had a fridge and microwave. Separate area for the sink and mirror, so two people can be getting ready in different stages. It was clean. The heater worked well and the people working there were nice. Food a quick overnight layover, it did the job at the needed value. Oh, and there's a Waffle House next door and store on the opposite side.

Hotel staff very nice. Did online check-in & keys & forms were ready to sign once I arrived. Love that it's 5 minutes from the airport! The room I had was a single Queen & it was good for me, had a place for me to work & open closet. The bed was comfortable, there was a TV right in front of the bed but I didn't use as I was doing work from my computer. They are true to their description of the room & I love that there is a microwave & fridge in the room. The breakfast was decent (continental), no hot options except the waffle maker & toaster which was fine. They had hard boiled eggs in a packet in the fridge which I warmed as well as sausage biscuit you can warm in the microwave. This is a good place to stay that's affordable. I didn't utilize the pool or exercise room but it is there. Also coffee, tea available 24 hrs as well as infused lemon water. I would definitely stay here again, felt safe. Parking is free too but didn't utilize that.

Highly recommend- if I ever am traveling through the area again this is where I will stay! For what we needed, a place to get some rest in between a long layover, this hotel was perfect. My flight landed early around 11:45am. I called the hotel and explained that I had a reservation for that day and that I knew it was too early to check in but wondered if I can still utilize the airport shuttle to the hotel. I figured I would walk to a nearby restaurant and kill some time before check in. The employee on the phone said "no problem I will send our driver now." Within about 5 minutes the driver was there. Once I got to the hotel I asked the front desk if there was anyway I could store my suitcase behind the front desk while I walked to get food until check in time. The front desk associate said no need as they had already completed check in for me and my room was ready. I was so pleasantly surprised and grateful. I absolutely did not expect an early check in but since I was running on three hours of sleep it was so appreciated. The front desk associate then asked when my next flight was and if I would needed transportation and scheduled it for me right then. I definitely felt at ease knowing everything was arranged and I could get some sleep. The room was simple but exactly everything you would need for a short stay. It did have a microwave/fridge. The bed was comfortable. I had absolutely no complaints. We walked next door to the gas station to get some drinks and we also walked to Cracker Barrel for dinner which was about a two minute walk. There was also Jersey Mikes, Waffle House, a pizza shop, a Mexican restaurant, a steakhouse, and more all within walking distance. You literally can not beat the convivence of being able to walk to all of this from the hotel. The next morning we had breakfast before our flight. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, toast, bagels, etc. coffee & juice. Simple & straight forward but all you need in a complimentary breakfast. Our transportation was scheduled for 7:30am but we finished breakfast/packing early so the front desk associate asked if we wanted to leave early at 7am instead. This was much appreciated and we accepted the offer. I chatted with the front desk associate a little while waiting for our ride about their own upcoming travel plans (hope you get to New Jersey safely!) and it was just nice to have a conversation with someone so personable. Every staff member at this hotel seemed to go above and beyond.

Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Check in was easy and fast. Welcome Chocolate chip cookie was yummy. Room was comfortable, just a bit dated. A/c / heater was a bit noisy but welcome with the weather. Airport shuttle was very convenient.
